GOD IS LOVE...

The FATHER has given us a personal invitation to come and reason with HIM. Can you imagine truly understanding THE LOVE OF GOD? The FATHER invites us to come and learn with HIM. To understand THE CROSS and all the doors that open by The DEATH of CHRIST.   "Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; and his greatness is unsearchable.   Ps. 145:3  It's not easy to understand LOVE being born with the nature of satan.  It's the LOVE OF GOD THAT CAUSES A PERSON TO CHANGE. Once we come to the realization that JESUS DIED FOR SINS OVER 2000 YEARS. In all reality we are FREE from sin by THE BLOOD OR THE LIFE OF CHRIST JESUS.. And because of The LOVE of GOD we're born with a sinners debt PAID IN FULL. "Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.   Romans 4:8    For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. Romans 5:6   And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Phil. 4:7-8 We must focus on THE LOVE OF GOD to truly understand how BLESSED WE ARE. Here are a few examples of our attempt to defined LOVE..        Eros (ἔρως érōs) is passionate love, with sensual desire and longing. The Modern Greek word "erotas" means "(romantic) love". However, eros does not have to be sexual in nature. Eros can be interpreted as a love for someone whom you love more than the philia love of friendship. It can also apply to dating relationships as well as marriage. Storge:  love is often described as a comfortable old shoe relationship comprised of natural affection and a sense of belonging to each other. Storge love represents a safe haven for couples as it is a place of acceptance, mutual respect and shelter.  Phileo: This love cherishes and has tender affection for the beloved but it expects a response. It is a love of relationship, comradeship, sharing, communication and friendship. While eros makes lovers phileo makes a close companionship that is all trusting.   Agape: Many have heard me speak of agape love in several posts over the last year. Agape love is of particular significance to marriages in troubled waters, especially if one partner has disconnected. To love agape is to love your spouse completely, love them wholly, but expect nothing in return from them at the current time. Agape love is different from eros love in that it is not sexual, nor romantic in nature. Its nature is that of self sacrifice but is not unconditional. Because of our selfishness it limits our ability to LOVE OR EVEN UNDERSTAND WHAT LOVE IS... "If ye love ME, keep my commandments. This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have love you. COME AND REASON WITH ME?
