The BIBLE is full of vivid imagery and striking SYMBOLISM.. The TREES in the Garden are perfect examples of SYMBOLISM. " Now the serpent (((( satan )))) was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he (((( satan )))) said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.. Eve became defiled first by what can OUT OF HER MOUTH TO ADAM (((( satan said )))).. Now then. The SYMBOLISM IN THIS IS ADAM AND EVE EAT OF THE TREE AND BECAME DEFILED.. Now hear the interpretation of what defiles a person.. " And when JESUS had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand: There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man. If any man have ears to hear, let him hear. And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable. And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him; Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats? And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man. Mark 7:14-23 We get this same SYMBOLISM with GIANTS in the Bible.. " And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying, The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature. And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight. Num. 13:32-33 The Giants are a SYMBOLISM of the true giant that fought against us and defeated us satan... satan was the giant between us and THE PROMISE LAND JUST AS THE GIANTS STOPPED ISRAEL FROM ENTERING THE PROMISE LAND. The GOOD NEWS OF CHRISTMAS IS THE BABY JESUS IS A GIANT KILLER.. " Pilate therefore said unto JESUS, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I BORN, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. John 18:37
